A substantial whole-fish format for Lebanese seafood importers, distributors, hotels, restaurants and specialist retailers. Individual fish are commonly around 8–12kg, subject to seasonal catch and grading.
Cartons are packed at random weight, usually with two fish and commonly around 20–22kg total at present. This is a commercial guide, not a fixed guarantee: the exact fish count and net carton weight are confirmed for every shipment.
Yellowtail, amberjack, Jrou and Entias are market names that may be used differently by suppliers. The exact species, scientific name, origin and documents are confirmed in the quotation before purchase.
