A few drops carry a whole tradition. Orange blossom water brings the delicate aroma of orange blossoms to Middle Eastern sweets, drinks and everyday cooking — including the famous 'white coffee' sipped after a meal.
Stir it into semolina cakes, baklava syrup, rice puddings and ma'amoul, or add a spoon to water for a soothing drink. A little goes a long way.
